The VIX index is getting low now. A sign of complacency. Not sure where the market is heading from here. I guess the path of least reisistence is up. Earnings have been okay. The credit crisis appears to be abating. Market watchers are starting to look at 2009 to better times. Even the current slowdown hasn't been that bad statistically. The bullish case is strong.
