The closer Bharti will look, the more reluctant they will be able to pay more. This deal will not go ahead. Think: first it was a sale. The Singtel came on board Then turned into a joint venture. Then there were talks of Chinese, Vodacom and Orascom Then Etisalat Now Bharti is putting a ceiling on it I tell you what: MTN management want to get rid of the compnay and are approaching everyone
