Thomas, the way I stumbled upon COTG was using internet trader's global scan. I set it to find OTC stocks that trade between .01 and 1.00 with volume in excess of 100,000 and with a MACD (26,12) above 0.
After the scan comes back, I look at each stock individually and try and gather as much fundamental info. as i can. I havent had much time to research COTG. Hopefully I can find something that will justify the recent increase in price, but as you know with OTC stocks thats easier said than done.
