CO2 changes in PPM have no impack on the global average temperature.

This is not a theory. This is a simple engineering statement of fact.

CO2 has been observed to have increased 40 ppm and that increase supposed by some human activity. So what!

Just reading from the Water in Air Chart below.
From 32F to 100F 50% relative humidity varies from 2000ppm to 22,000. Only fools and liars state with religious fever absolutely 40 ppm makes some difference over 20,000 ppm. No question, no doubt, scientific certainty.

And that is at a dry 50% relative humidity.
