(ii) i have received tickets to travel to chongqin next tuesday. the airplanes may be delayed, as priorities are given to the rescue efforts for the quake in sichuan province of which chongqin was jurisdictionally a part of. the human disaster is costly by all accounts, and damage to old infrastructure especially great. suspect the printing press and loan taps will be full on, and austerity measures put on hold for a bit. if so, perhaps stretch out your FEED exit may turn out to be sound advice. chugs, tj
