I don't know where they get those inflation figures or if they are meaningful. Its hard enough to accurately measure ordinary inflation. Hyper-inflation, is even more difficult. And then with Mugabe's price controls, and the turmoil in the country, I'm not sure inflation is even really measurable at all, beyond stating that it is at stupendous, and incredibly damaging levels.
