I think there is real confusion about GRM at the moment, and perhaps the market is catching up with its true value. The cash value per share is not far from today's close price, IMO. In addition, as far as I understand it, GRM still owns 25% of anything that Conquistador discovers at Marmato. I could be wrong on the latter and stand to be corrected. Either way, with GRM with lots of cash in the bank, someone recognised this today and immediately converted their undervalued shares into something closer to the net asset value of the company.
