Their is an erie stillness out there now. Even the rush hour has a dull edge on it. I see the cars but dont hear the wind as they slowly drive on into the calm. I talk with folks on the street each day and many are losing their jobs, wringing their hands and wondering when this nightmare is going to end. I'm fully convinced a storm is coming. I have not seen anything like this before. What bothers me most is the denial from leadership. Believing lies is a survival skill now. The truth just sends the comfortable American into overload.
