Ah, so I gather you won't discuss whether those members on the court most consistently dedicated to what they term federalism, overrode, without proper hearings or information for that matter, the clear jurisdiction of a state court.

So, as Justice O'Conner reportedly said, they could choose the president.

Hardly constitutional.
