Actually, you weren't talking about Ginsburg in the quote I saw but rather about the need to have SC justices that support the constitution. I thought the comment odd because (1) you clearly thought the Bush appointees did but the one's they were modeled after had not; and (2) all of them do--it's a job requirement.
