Dave: I think the 11 cents (and higher) earnings estimates were related to several factors: 1) they earned 12 cents last quarter; 2) expectations that there was more blood to be squeezed out of the merger turnip; 3) from a seasonal perspective, this should have been a good quarter.

I may just buy my shares back if there is a spike down tomorrow, but I sure would like to here an explanation for why the low net earnings in relation to gross earnings.
