I heard RE that had crashed there did very well during the hyperinflation..it also did well in the states during the 70's..you always made a killing if you bought the crash, for cash flow and held the next cycle..this time we have very low fixed rate financing too in the US..I doubt this current 'window' of both cheap prices and financing both last more than 2 years.

I'm sure there will be some commodity plays that do quite well perhaps the best of all..probably the beaten up miners that really have the proven reserves in the ground
