All what you say should have been raised by the Hillary campaign in October 2007. Instead Hillary and her campaign agreed to disenfranchising the voters of FL and MI at that time. They agreed to the caucuses and the caucus rules then. How dare thay now say that what the party folks agreed to is ridiculous.

The Billarys thought that they were going to be the nominee no matter what and hence they agreed to "whatever". Now that they are not, there is a protest.

Hillary burnt her bridges. Besides, why Hillary for VP. There are many other deserving ones who supported Obama all along unlike Hillary who used the kitchen sink strategy, mingled with the enemy to dislodge Obama.
