Would anyone care to comment on this message from the Yahoo ACII Message board?

"Even though there are patents filed for the LACC process, it may not be COMMERCIALLY viable. The essential problem with laser technology is thermoregulation. Rutkowski claims that the LACC process does not require a solvent. You have basically bought into a machine shop and 2 cents represents what KSI is worth."
