Yes, it's Archibald Hart, not Alexander. No idea how I did that. I found quite a bit of help in that book and still go back to it occasionally. My condition is improving, but I've had to work at it. My bigger problem was (is) claustrophobia. So bad I can't sit in the back seat of a 2 door car or in the middle of a row at the theater. It is, however, getting somewhat better. It's all in the head, as they say.
