Dave never called Muslims the N-word. Nor would I conflate two totally unrelated concepts as he has. I am deeply troubled by racism when I see it -- and I grew up in the Deep South with it all around me and have seen it in action. And I am deeply troubled by discrimination against one on the basis of religion, religious persecution of any kind, and totally support the concepts of religious freedom that America exemplifies. That said, when one religion is discriminating against all other religions, and threatening the very existence of religions other than it, I have a pretty big problem with it. I see all non-Muslim religions being threatened by Islam. And I really have a problem with that.
