I will sell the S3 stock and jump to NSC camp.

I am holding some TSNG shares. I am going to dump them as well. TSNG has been such a loser for me.

I will look into SUBM.

From what I see happening since Hala took over NSC this company will be a major player in no time.

If you are interested in NSM, there is a way to get in a little cheeper. They will merge will Cyrix, Cyrix shares will be converted in ration of .825 shares for 1 NSM share. Until the transaction is finalized, (in November), there is a slight discount under this ratio. So buying Cyrix will get you NSM at a slight discount. But it is only a technicality. NSM thread is dead. Check out Cyrix/NSM which is quite alive.
