Some may be. Some may not. At any rate, its not going to be cheaply made available to the public, its going to be entered on forms designed in DC, sent to a DC bureaucracy, with penalties for misreporting just like any other government form.

Apart from the cost, what benefit is going to come from it? Is DC filled with bureaucrats who know better how to run hospitals, medical practices, HMO's, whatever than the people who run them?

Thats ridiculous.

I question providing taxpayer-paid health coverage to illegal aliens.

Since Obama favors giving illegal aliens drivers licenses, I think he doesn't question giving them taxpayer paid health care too.
