>>> Not to the same extent.

So this activity you find so offensive isn't offensive if you only do a little of it?

>>> He's supposed to be the enemy of "special interests," "pork," etc, and his campaign is run by and filled with lobbyists, and we're finding out over and over again (if we pay a lot of attention) that he's been doing big favors for campaign contributors.

I guess what I was looking for was a specific example of a relationship that is inappropriate, or where some of these people have behaved inappropriately. You got anything like that you can point to?

Lobbyists are part of the process -- Right and Left. Now, it wouldn't be a surprise if McCain, having been in DC for 30 years or whatever, would have more such relationships than Obama, because Obama is, after all, naive and inexperienced -- having only been in DC a couple years. A mere toddler by comparison with McCain.

But unless someone can show how there is some ethical issue with having the relationships I don't really see what you're complaining about.

So, could you please explain specifically what has occurred that you believe was inappropriate? Surely, you're not suggesting that employing lobbyists is an inappropriate activity (since Obama is just as complicit as McCain is)?
