Dan, Sorry to rain on your parade, but I think MRVC is an unlikely takeover candidate for Lucent or any phone company unless MRVC gets real strong in fiber optic. MRVC specializes in LAN switches while phone companies is more interested in remote access, fiber optic and WAN switches. However, MRVC is a more attractive takeover candidate for Cisco, 3Com and BAY. Mike
