APPL working on direct downloads for their 3G iPhone. This would complete the iTunes franchise onto their phone platform. That RIMM has the need to bring to market a direct competitor for the iPhone suggests the real threat it is to the Blackberry franchise. If so, I doubt RIMM can compete effectively. Battle of the Titans, except one is overly valued.
