Basically INTC told us at least for Q4, there is not much growth for INTC

I think they just told us:

"We're as tired as hell having AMD, Cyrix and others introducing Pentium-compatible chips at somewhat lower prices and getting all the media coverage while the fact that they're competing with our trailing-edge chip and that they have no P-II clone is ignored. We're going to practically give away Pentium chip and cut prices significantly on P-II's, kick their asses, and put the fear of God into anyone so foolish as to think they can compete with us. Unfortunately this will hurt revenues for a quarter."
