The lag time between recognition that the lights are going out and new power plants is substantial. We will have rising costs and stagnant supply. It will be hugely disruptive.

That is why the transistion plan of using all four approaches to the problem is so important. Those dogmatic in opposition to anything C are dangerous and ill informed on the realities of planning and construction.
