fpg If you have something to add then fine but sniping from the outside doesn't benefit anyone. You are entitled to any opinion you want but it carries the same weight as the other self anointed legal experts here. Try to grasp this: I am only pointing out what Intel's filing mentioned for the purpose of discussion. It does seem to me that AMD is trying to sell a new legal theory. I'm no expert and neither are you so buzz off.
