Hi Paul,

It didn't look to me like NOVL was following the INTC action although I agree an interest rate increase will probably affect the price (at least it did last March). Some days it's hard to believe that NOVL is even part of the rest of the market.

The strangest thing to watch is how fast the volume drys up when the price drops. It's like everyone is waiting for the price to go up before they will buy or sell. Stochastics would suggest it's over bought, but it isn't acting like an over bought stock should. The bar chart looks like it might be getting ready for a resistance breaking move in the next week or so. This trading range is filling in nicely for the first time since March. The run to 10 1/2 happened too fast to be very meaningful.

I would tend to think a bad quarter for MSFT would be taken as a good sign for NOVL but that's pure speculation on my part.

I'm going to continue to hold my position for now and make as many "what if" kind of plans as I can think of for future trades. Selling into the rally makes good sense for those wishing to cut their losses and exit, but I kind of want to see what happens next.

Regards,

Don
