Forget all the 'High falootin' formulae and legal mumbo jumbo Try and understand what the word "efficient" means .... Can YOU honestly apply this adjective to AMD ? ( I suppose the EU does ... but the EU IS rather abnormal in their business practices and perceptions.) The whole purpose of pitting Intel against a conceptual "equally efficient competitor" is that if Intel's pricing is considered predatory against a mirror image of themselves, then it doesn't matter what AMD's cost structure is. fpg
