Not necessarily. What they are trying to do is to shift any focus on their own cost structure onto Intel's. Assuming the judge accepts it, it could limit Intel's ability to ask for extensive documentation on AMD's operations.

Because it isn't relevant.

However, Intel's internal operations are relevant.
