The problem that I see is that there is a big disconnect with what Bush says and what he does. For example, he has talked about moving away from foreign oil as a source of energy in this country for years but has done nothing. A significant move on this front, especially from a texas oilman, could have had the same type of significance of someone like Nixon going to China. On this and on many issues, he has been a tremendous disappointment to me. All bun and no meat.
