Check out this link. I think you will have to put RMTR'S symbol in. After you look at the chart for the failure to deliver stocks with RMTR click on the dump fails data now. This gives you the date and how many shares they failed to deliver. If it's not a certain percent of the float it won't make the SRO list. I think people confuse that list thinking that if it's not on the list then it's not a problem with the stock.
