That you would suggest criminality attached to a personal, private choice such as what car you drive, how much you want to cool your home, or how much food you throw away at the buffet when you visit Harrahs, is just beyond the pale. You ARE taxed on how much you cool your home. Many states ALREADY tax you for the HP of your auto. And I don't give a shit what you do at Harrahs. Welcome to America, the land of the punitive tax... and every time you are taxed for your select activity it's a little less that everybody else doesn't have to pay.
