Heavy target shooters absorb mercury from the primer gases. Also lead gases from the discharge even when outdoors. you can see the heavy metals in their fingernails as they are spooned with deep longitudinal ridges. Apple pectin can act as a chelation agent for heavy metals. Break a thermometer in a hospital and hazmat crews close the hall and do the clean up. mercury is not your friend in any compound. TH
