To all CTI techno-heads: The above quarter was a solid report comming in $.04 above concensus and $.03 above my previously posted $.35 for a 8.5% positive surprise. As we suspected in prior posts the market discounted the surprise by moving the stock up to $49. I will be on the conference call and will be adjusting my numbers and price target upward with every one else. My rational follows:

1) Tom Amato is on board! Expense savings are beginning to flow to net income. I expect more of the same going forward.

2) I have underestimated the VoIP product ramp. This new product will add significantly to cal 98 revenue and is beginning to be accepted. This was mentioned on the front page of Barron's "Net Threat" and the market is much larger than the $1.9 billion by 2001 that I was using previously. This artical is a MUST READ for all CTI techno-heads.

I'll do an extensive write up this evening. There is a lot to review.
