I specifically stated that AMD is saying they'll show that the details of this case are such that the application of the "discount attribution standard" (the below-cost test that the 9th circuit recently adopted) is applicable to this case.

While I've claimed as much in the past, AMD has stated it explicitly in their latest brief, footnote 16, pg. 11:

How is AMD applying the "Equally Efficient Competitor" argument in absence of a multi product bundle?

Huh? Bundling and "EEC" are completely orthogonal concepts. Bundling is a sales technique, EEC refers to a test which asks whether the price of X is below the (appropriate) cost of X, whether product X is a bundle of other products or not.
