Whiffle - it is amazing brass to cause a problem and blame the opposition for it. All those no votes in Congress by Democrats must then have been cast under a spell cast by Chenny? Amazing powers you attribute to the man. Mind control of Democrats?

BTW - I see we finally have a national energy policy - we are going to file law suits against OPEC. Brilliant I say brilliant!
