Tom Clines did not appear for scheduled hearing. Called in sick. I do not believe it is in his best interest to appear and therefore will delay,put up smoke etc to delay. If and when he does appear (I believe he is under a subpoena from the Federal Court) he'll take the 5th Amendment anyway. Yes I get copied on all procedural matters and their resolution and post same on this page.
