Exxon has tapped out their reserves and is having to buy more oil on the open market to refine into gasoline. Not the same profits they were getting so the stock is lagging. ANWR and the eastern GOM are waiting to be drilled. Alternative energy is great but takes a lot more time. Meanwhile we're getting the results we sowed the last 30 years.
