I am for proportional representation in the primaries, but the Electoral College MUST survive or our elections will be campaigned in a few big cities and the rest of the country will be forgotten.

I think the primary system should be allocated into three or four groups of states, ranked by size. Smallest states go first. That way the candidates will be forced to campaign there instead of blowing them off, or having the small states lose any say so in the outcome.
