BGuy, you're right. I missed your earnings estimates, which were:

<<How about a 9/30 quarterly loss of 19.5 cents per share? A 12/31 gain of $ 1.16. And a 3/31/98 gain of $ 3.33. We're on record folks!>>

I agree that ZITL will need to generate earnings like this in order to justify its current stock price. My own estimate is that ZITL will need to earn $8.00 in FY98, $18.00 in FY99 (remember that these are one-time earnings), and $1.00 in FY00. At least my $8.00 FY98 estimate for what ZITL would need to earn is in line with your own expectations up through 3/31/98.

On the other hand, I don't think that ZITL has a snowball's chance in hell of generating revenues like that. My guess is that ZITL will earn $0.50 in all of FY98.

Question: at what point would you sell out? When ZITL misses this quarter's $0.195 loss that you predict? Or when ZITL comes in way short of the $1.16 you predict for December? Or when ZITL is still showing losses instead of earning $3.33 in March?

I'll tell you this. If ZITL earns $3.33 in the March quarter, I'll be covering my short azz and asking Jack King for forgiveness. Will this ever happen? NAHHHHH!
