Maybe, but the revolution is extremely unlikely, IMHO. You need to have
a highly organized mob, and the living conditions are not
that bad at all. Folks can tolerate a lot of pain before
they take the guns and organize themselves.
Usually a massive hunger must be present.
Higher crime rate is quite likely, and that's exactly what
a disorganized pissed mob will do.
