Got a source? Seems pretty fishy.

Heard it from two different talking heads on MSNBC yesterday (one might have been Mathews). Not really fishy at all. Politicians often say to the press "Listen up, I'm going to make such and such statement in this speech". That's why you often hear the press say "And President Bush in his speech today is expected to say that...".
