I would think that the washington post would have known better that Obama does not work that way. He does not claim victory, he is known to have not promised anything to anybody except promising to the American people that as President he would facilitate the people's involvement to bring about change. As to the specifics of what change he will bring, I think there are tons of issues particularly at a time when t he popularity of the President and the Congress are at historic lows and the enthusiasm of the people in taking back their government as evidenced by the large numbers in registration at a all time high.
