<<Have you seen the article in Barron's regarding Internet Telephony
(ITP)? It's on the VOCLF thread and I printed it to 17 pages!>>

No, I haven't. Could you post the link?

<<CSCO and CS execs have recently remarked in
interviews that the market for upgrading ITP network equipment will surpass growth
and importance of ISP capacity buildup over the next few years. CSCO expects $1
billion in sales from ITP alone in 1998.>>

This should bode VERY well for ASND's CSCC products as well, don't
you think?

The RAS market is projected to quadruple in just over 3 years (see
below), and if ASND keeps their 44% market share they will have $1
Billion / qtr revenues just from RAS in only 13 more quarters.

It looks to me like the CSCC products will grow even faster.
ASND could have $8-$10 Billion in revs by 2001, if these trends
continue (why wouldn't they?). This is what the people who think
taking out ASND for $6-$10 Billion today is too high are missing.

From Reuters on the LU-Livingston deal:

"International Data Corp analyst Brad Baldwin forecasts the
total market for remote access servers will top $10 billion by
2001 from $2.67 billion in 1996."
