On Clinton on the SC, I disagree. She campaigns as a partisan but has worked across the aisle as a senator; not having bench experience is not a necessary disqualifier; nor is being a constitutional law scholar.

Having said that, if I were in Obama's shoes and looking at the issue of possibly 3 SC appointees in the first term, I would like in other places for an appointee.
