No Roberts shouldnt be borked but borking bork was the right thing to do. I am sure he is a nice guy but his positions unlike roberts, alito, scalia were extreme. He was much further out there and if on the court he would be a judicial activist in the sense that he would be looking to overrule many of the last 50 years decisions.
