seems more than half of the folks over there are closet stagflationists<g>..these very high commodity prices make costs to construct anything much higher than a couple of years ago..the depression will be in new home construction and most small builders will be out of business for a very long time...this is the deflation/depression holy grail Mish is going to have to hang on to?
