"Bush an F". There is no alphabet appropriate for Bush (Jr). Bush shouldn't be graded as a president. Don't know if he really wants to be President of USA. But he is just happened to be picked by 'the force' for mutual benefits. 'the force' probably told him, you just take care of Saddam anyway you like, we'll take care of everything else.
