If you polled 100 traders today... only 1 or two would say we were at end type of price top. I'm studying the currency cross rates to look for clues at what the potential "game-changer" in psychology could be to halt this exponential rise in crude and NATGAS.

But attempting to try to call tops in run away parabolic markets is almost always one of the single most foolish things that only market novices would attempt. WTIC did a nice job of advancing $4+ bucks today, and so we shall all stay tuned.

We do know that the FED is backing away from cutting and in fact will be taking the FED Funds higher the next time we get a policy shift. I believe we will need to look for a dislocation in the global currency markets to provide the fundamental underpinning of and energy complex reversal.

I'm running some numbers and looking at some of the cross rate interest rate differentials to see what we may be missing.
