It's the person doing the tailgating that has the problem ... unleashing a storm of lead against him/her/them is simply self-defense ... lots of accidents are caused by people following too closely. It should be legal to thin the herd of them. If I were to needlessly put the life of you and your family at risk I should expect some kind of reaction, shouldn't I?
