Here is my guesstiment on outstanding shares:

Before volumn increase: 20.4 float
5.0 insiders
22.4 Since volumn increase
Total 47.8

Since volumn increase is approx 56Million X 40%
(last 15 days)

This indicates that the dump may be getting to the end if I am
anywhere close.
