I have an SUV however we have cut back our driving at least 50% in past 6 months. I cant believe that most Americans havent cut back considerably yet the price of gas contiunes to rapidly climb. This tourist season is going to be really lousy I bet for places like Fla. and even New Mexico where I live now with the price of gas at these levels. So, to me conservation hasnt proven to work. Seems to me we just plain need more oil and refining capacity at this point. Regarding military takeover, of course I know its not Democratic but truth is, our politics is so crooked to day that I have far more TRUST in our military leaders then I do in our Political leaders. jdn
